Life Update

Hey everyone, welcome to another life update of mine! I'm so glad you've decided to read this blog entry because it makes me feel loved and appreciated that you care. In case I haven't said it enough, thank you for supporting me! With that, l would love to share what's new in my life.

One huge update is that I'm officially no longer a teenager. I've started a new decade of my life! Yes, you guessed it... I just turned 20. I appreciate all the love and kind messages- it was such a sweet day.  Anyway, as y'all know, I love the gym. My grandma got me some shorts to work out in. Those will for sure come in handy. Thank you, Grammie!

School started a few weeks ago. Truth be told, I cannot complain about any of my classes. I like all of them! The homework has been very light, but we're only a few weeks in. Getting to know more people at Webster has been a good experience. I love meeting new people and making friends. There are so many nice people here. I also prefer commuting over staying in the dorms. I do have long days, but I get to go home to a house full of people who love me. Nothing beats that.

I've been spending a lot of time with my friends, too. I love my girls. They are so supportive, uplifting, and loving. Having girl friends is so important as well as nurturing those relationships. Sure, dating is nice, but there's so much more to life than boys. I have pretty amazing friends, and I realize how blessed I am to have those ladies in my life.

Another thing about my life is that I'm having car troubles... I love my car, but she refuses to start up. My dad has been tinkering around, but hasn't been successful in fixing all the issues. I appreciate his time and effort. My beautiful jeep is at the mechanic now. Hopefully she'll be good as new soon! My parents have been taking me to school and work. It reminds me of before I had my license. It's kind of amusing to talk my dad's ear off as we have a 20 minute commute ahead of us.

One final thought- I am so excited for fall fashion! I cannot wait to bust out the cute outfits. Knowing the way I am, I'll probably end up only wearing athletic clothing. A girl can dream though, right? I absolutely will be going through my closet because I have too many things. I have to sort out my clothes for cooler and colder weather. I'm not looking forward to winter, but I don't have to think about it yet. Autumn, here we come!

Thank you so much for reading. I hope you have a blessed day.

With love,
Lauryn Pyatt
